Chocolate Orpingtons

The Chocolate colour is caused by a rare gene discovered by Dr. W. Clive Carefoot but they nearly became extinct when Clive became ill but due to the good work of my 3 freinds Rob Boyd, Grant Brereton and Richard Davies they are no far from extinct!. The Chocolate gene is a sex linked recessive mutant gene, so the females cannot hide the gene. If they possess the choc gene, they will be Chocolate. Males, however can be carriers and require two copies to be visually Chocolate.
